Chris Evans is an independent Mortgage and Protection adviser based in Rhondda, South Wales, who works remotely with clients all over Wales and the UK.
A knowledgeable adviser with more than 20 years’ experience in mortgages, Chris can advise on all aspects of mortgages, including HMOs, first-time buyers, buy-to-let, debt consolidation, limited companies and protection cover.
With abundant mortgage experience, Chris is a proactive and versatile adviser. Fully qualified with a CeMAP, he was named in VouchedFor UK’s top 250 Mortgage Advisers in 2016, as featured in the Sunday Times. Chris also benefits from the backing of national firm Tenet Financial Services.
Outside of work, Chris is a keen sports fan and can often be found playing golf or socialising at Rhondda Golf Club, of which he has served as Financial Director and Captain. He is also a family man, with two grown-up daughters.
